Attending Friday’s Gala? Here’s what you need to know
Getting to the Westin, Parking, and Revive I-5
The Gala will be held at the Westin on 1900 5th Avenue, Seattle. Because of the ongoing “Revive I-5″ project, travel time from the south may take longer than usual, so please plan accordingly. If you park at the Westin, valet service is available for $26 at the main entrance of the hotel. Please note that valet parking can get crowded and at times, can take up to 30 minutes. A much cheaper alternative is to park at one of the several pay parking lots nearby. Access an interactive map of these parking lots here.
Once You Arrive
After entering the Westin, follow our many posted signs to the escalators. Registration is located on the third floor. You do not need to bring proof of your ticket purchase to register. Once at registration, you will pre-swipe your credit card for any event purchases and also receive your name tag, drink tickets, and meal choice ticket.
The general reception will begin at 6:00 pm on the fourth floor. However, you are welcome to arrive early, as registration and bars will be open at 5:30 pm. If you have received an invitation to our VIP reception, please check your email for details.
Dinner and our speaking program will begin in the Grand Ballroom on the fourth floor at 7:00pm. During the program, you will enjoy dinner and live music, hear inspiring client stories, and have the opportunity to support our mission. You will also have the chance to bid on auction items including a ten-night-stay in an historic mansion in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, a Tom Douglas coconut cream pie delivered to your table, and tickets to a very special lunch with NWIRP’s Seattle staff.
While there is no dress code, most guests will be in cocktail attire.
