Recapping our Evening of Justice at Wing Luke
Thank you to everyone who came out to this year's Evening of Justice at the Wing Luke Museum in Seattle. We had a wonderful time celebrating our shared commitment to immigrant rights with over 230 of our friends and allies. The Wing Luke Museum continues to be a gracious host year after year, and their exhibits were a perfect backdrop to an evening dedicated to recognizing and honoring the contributions of immigrants and justice advocates in our community.
Sin Fronteras serenaded guests with beautiful music, Green Leaf provided delicious food and drinks, and featured speaker and former client Wamaitha Kiarie concluded the evening with an inspirational speech outlining her journey to the United States from Kenya, and how NWIRP's work helped ensure stability and security for her and her daughter.
We are so grateful for our community of support who continues to make every NWIRP event special because of their passion for our mission, and can't wait for the next opportunity to celebrate with you all. Here's to another great year in the defense and advancement of immigrant rights!
