Free Immigration Legal Clinic in Seattle Area, August 29, 2026 / Clínica Legal Gratuita el 29 de agosto del 2026
On August 29th, NWIRP will host a free legal clinic to provide 90-minute legal consultations, including for people who were previously represented but who are now not represented in their immigration case, as well as those with questions about TPS. The consultations will be limited to providing you an assessment of your immigration case options. We cannot guarantee legal representation in your case - the services provided at the clinic are limited to consultations and brief assistance for that day only. If you are interested in signing up, please submit the form below to make an appointment. Filling out the form does not guarantee that you will be given an appointment for a consultation, as we sadly have limited capacity. Those who do receive an appointment will be sent a message by email with the exact hour and location for their consultation appointment. For the safety of all people involved in the clinic, the location of the clinic will only be provided to those who register and receive an appointment. We will not be able to provide consultations to people who have not registered ahead of time and the total number of consultations will be capped according to our capacity, so register early if interested in participating. NOTE: The form must be filled out for each individual needing a legal consult.

Las consultas serán diseñadas para darle un asesoramiento de sus opciones en su caso de inmigración. No podemos garantizar representación legal para su caso - los servicios proporcionados durante la clínica serán limitados a las consultas y cualquier ayuda breve que se pueda completar en ese mismo día. Si le interesa registrarse para una cita, por favor complete este formulario. El hecho de completar el formulario no garantiza la asignación de una cita, ya que, lamentablemente, nuestra capacidad es limitada. Virtual Training: What DV/SA Advocates Need to Know About Representing Immigrant Survivors of Violence in 2026 - Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 23
Save the date for an upcoming training for advocates who support survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault. Experienced NWIRP legal staff will provide training and updates on the immigration system, specific forms of relief available to immigrant survivors of violence, and more. The training sessions will be on Tuesday, September 22 from 9:30am - 12:30pm and on Wednesday, September 23 from 9:30am - 12:30pm. Registration information coming soon!
